Getting help safely
Describe the issue and the steps that led to it in #support. Server channels are visible to other members. For account access, billing, refunds, or privacy requests, ask the server owner for a private conversation before sharing identifying information.
Never post account emails, private project details, passwords, secret API keys, or payment-card details in a public channel. We may need to verify your identity privately before acting on an account-related request. Support will never ask for your password or secret API keys.
Discord operates the support platform under its privacy policy and terms.

Read Billing & refunds for cancellation and refund-request information, or our privacy notice for information requests. Monthly subscriptions can be purchased in supported App Studio builds.
