An account appears here after its first sign-in to the App Studio app. Search by email address to find the person you want to approve.
A verified monthly subscription grants access automatically. Manual approval does not grant a subscription. Hide only changes this list; it does not revoke access. After approval, the person selects Check my access in the app. No invitation is sent.
